Home Shield Environmental LLC is an independent inspection and testing company that is locally owned and operated in Denver, Colorado. Inspectors are professionally trained to perform every service offered by the company and are certified through InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) and IAC2 (International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants). All of the services provided by Home Shield Environmental are performed in accordance with the InterNACHI and IAC2 Standards of Practice which can be viewed below:

The best advice that we can give to a potential customer is to schedule a mold inspection immediately if you feel that there are adverse conditions causing damage to your home. For instance, if there is a musty smell or there has been recent water damage, there could be potential mold growth present in the home. Mold remediation can cost thousands of dollars and the longer you wait to address any potential issues, the more it can cost to remediate and fix the damage caused by mold. The only way to know if you have mold is to have a mold test performed at the property.

We pride ourselves on being one of the few companies in Colorado that only provide inspection and testing services. Since we are independent and have no conflicts of interest, it ensures that all inspections/testing is unbiased, and the results can be trusted by you, the customer. In order to give our customers peace of mind, our company carries a Business Service Surety Bond, a Fidelity Bond, General Liability Insurance, and Errors & Omissions Insurance.
Our company understands that there is often a sense of urgency to get an inspection done as soon as possible if there are adverse conditions impacting the home.
For this reason, Home Shield Environmental is available to perform inspections 7 days a week. We can often accommodate same day and next day scheduling, and at no additional cost to our customers.
